How rare is a Randell 10-5 from the mid to late 1950's. I bought a buck 105 pathfinder and this Randell at an estate sale. Buck got back with me still waiting to hear from randell
 
Unless I'm remembering incorrectly, the Randall Model 10s have stamped blades rather than forged blades. Though still not inexpensive, they are on the lower end of the Randall line. I can't answer as to how rare they are.
 
New it is just over $300 now. If it and its sheath are in good shape it is worth at least what a new one costs.

If there is something unique about it, it could be worth more.

The Model 10 is the “Salt water household utility”. As already pointed out it is made by stock removal and it is the least expensive Randall model. But still desirable.
 
Question has been answered. Let's not go any closer to listing values.
