Random axe identification

I understand without photos its almost impossible to figure out a axe, but I think this one can be identified. Not mine, just something I'm trying to figure out. Red blade, standard handle with red on the bottom too. Bit was merely marked DBI. It looks like a Helko German Standard, but heres the thing about it. On the back of the handle below the poll is a piece of metal that goes through the eye and hooks around on top of the poll. :confused: Thanks.

This is meant to retain the head in place so it doesn't loosen, or in case it loosen.
This is quite unusual feature, but I've seen it on several axes of different brands and even no name axes, so I think it wouldn't be enough to give you an id.
