The LCR with Hogue solid G10 grips and a Buck 303.
Like I hoped, the G10 grips are more comfortable than the stock rubber grips with full power loads and the Buck is the same size as a Schrade 34OT, but the sheep's foot blade sits much lower.
Too bad Buck doesn't use carbon steel and other stockman makers can't lower their sheep's foot blades.
If anyone was wondering about these little no name ultra light stoves like I was, all I can say is they are worth the less than $10 price tag.(including the fuel canister)
I bought one and got to use it during a power outage last year and liked it so much I got another for the BoB.
It cooked some noodles and spam in no time.
The little spoon/fork combo needed an extension to be used comfortably so I don't recommend getting one.
The little stove sure packs down to a nice small package in the Coleman Peak1 pots.
Fatwood, shown with the folding hunter glennbad rebiult for me.Thanks again Glenn!
I saw this guy standing in the road when I came around a bend while driving back from checking out other areas up in the hills.
He wasn't too worried about me and let me get a couple of pics before heading up hill.
This Forest Grouse was in the track on the way up to camp, but he didn't stick around for any glamour shots.(luckily I keep my camera handy when wandering around up there)
And some JK content.
