Random Leek/Task question(s)

New poster here.. "hi" ...2 questions
Any update on the PE Random Leek S30V?
And second, just saw a random task on the bay listed as having a "SANDVIK I3C26 STAINLESS TANTO BLADE" I was under the impression they were 420. If it's 420 I'll wait on the PE RL s30v, if it is indeed 13C26 I'm on it... Anyone have a definite on the task's steel?

The last time Thomas spoke, there were no plans of a PE Random Leek in S30V.
He didn't rule it out, just nothing on the table as of yet.
The one on the bay you're talking about is indeed 13C26....Great stuff.

Just looked...there are 3 and one IS from CC-USA.

Edit: CC also lists there's as 420.
The other is listed as the correct 13C26.
 
+ 1 on the PE Random Leek in S30V! I would also like to have a COMPOSITE BLADE Random Leek. Maybe 1660TCB what do you say Thomas?:D The tip is so much stronger and more useable I am for making it the standard blade shape for the leek. I have 2 reg blade leeks and don't use them much because of the weak tip. I am not worried about the tip on my random at all, so it gets used.

Can't seem to find the PE presz, maybe someone snatched it up already, I suppose the task in 13c26 is close. Does that PE require a non-conventional search to find?

There isn't a PE S30V Random. Presz was just saying he would like one.
The only PE version was the CK&T done a few years back.
 
ok, my bad. I was wracking my keyboard trying to find that thing. CK&T is the one I lost out of my golf bag, I hope the person that found it gives it a good home...Thanks
 
No problem. Gave one to a friend at work.......he lost it at work.
I'm sure it found a good home. Gave him another one....he better
not lose that one. :grumpy: ;)
