I am not familiar with these i have heard of them before and read bout them on here but as far as i know they are bicycle tubes. My question is what all can they be used fro in a survival situation?

inner tubes cut to various lengths- they are great for securing gear items (think overgrown rubberband), they also happen to burn hot and long- very nice under adverse conditions

under field conditions, they would also be useful for carrying bundles of tinder, twigs, etc

"ranger bands" can just be plain old bike inner tube or one that's actually made of epdm rubber - it resists rotting/cracking/withstands the elements better than inner tube.
 
Dude...a word of advice after reading a handful of your threads: use the search feature. A lot of these questions have been answered in the past. ;)
