EDIT: Title should have been "Looking for a New Solid Folder" guys sorry for the mix up the RRF was just the main contender I had found, sorry again.

Ok guys, I've been looking into getting a new folder, and have a few requirements to fill, they are
1.Titanium Handle
2.S30v Blade or something closely comprable
3.Flipper design, thumbstuds can be present but a flipper is a must
4.Framelock desired (though I guess not totally required)
Price is fairly loose (for me) since I'm planning on this being my "one knife" for a while and want something of good quality that you guys with far more knowledge and experience have handled or used, but I would like to try and keep it in the $400.00 dollar range or a bit either side of that. I realize this is the review section so I was hoping for some past opinions on knives any of you have had or tried out. I've looked around and found a few, especially the Rapid Response Folder by Wilson Tactical and was wondering if any of you guys have handled any of these and if so how do they compare to the older previous ralph/wilson model. Any suggestions and adive would be highly appreciated, thanks guys you're the best as always.:D

Years ago I had the automatic model that was made in Italy. It was a fantastic knife. I never should have sold it.

Another vote for the 560-561. very smooth, very well made, the best zt yet. Dont get the RRF,its way overpriced, its only a 3 1/4" blade, & theres alot of other knives you can get for way less than that....

No ZT 30x recommendation yet? Weird that was the first one that came to mind! ZT 50x is there too I hear nothing but good about them

I picked up the ZT 0561 and highly recomend it if you like a bigger blade. If you want something a little smaller then I say go for the small hinderer. Also look at Les George's knives.
