Well I don't have any pics yet folks, but this is as rare as they get. The legendary Compass Industries' Cho-No-Shi was a very high-quality balisong reminiscent of Pacific Cutlery's old custom knives. This balisong is often sought by collectors as it has earned a reputation for being on par quality and construction-wise with Pacific Cutlery and Benchmade production balisongs and the old Taylor Manila Folders. They are exceedingly hard to find. I have only ever seen one for sale in the last few years.

This Cho-No-Shi is in very good condition. It sports beautiful brass handles with maroon canvas micarta inserts. The blade is bowie style. The blade has been sharpened, but retains its original profile. Asking $205. I will eventually get around to shooting pics, but if you know what this is you may want to take your chance. Price inludes insured shipping with tracking CONUS. Money Order fine, Paypal add the fees. Thanks for looking!

OK here are the pics. Noticed that this has the thick 3/16" blade stock like the PCC customs. Closer inspection also revealed some horizontal scratches on one handle side, and a re-epoxied insert that just slightly doesn't line up. All minor stuff IMHO for a rare knife that hardly ever pops up. I didn't even notice them before until I scanned the knife closely.
