Here's a rare one. I have never seen one for sale on the regular forum since 12/03, and bought this from another forumite a couple of years ago:
16" 11 oz. Reti Khukuri by Kami Bura. The knife has been made from a file, and still has some of the original serrations left (deliberately) on the top of the blade. Very light and very fast, with the buffalo horn handle in a Kobra style. The handle is exactly that as found on a kobra, but is a bit less in diameter because of the lighter blade. Very comfortable. No edge to the buttcap.
Black buffalo hide covered wood scabbard, with the buff hide on this one being thicker and very uniformly grained leather. Blade to scabbard fit is excellent. Small karda and chakmak companion knife/burnisher. Previous owner sharpened the blade and there is some fine feathering near the convex edge. (Unavoidable if done by hand.) I buffed most of it out and it is just barely visible. A very well done unique effort. $80.
SOLD. Thanks Tom!

Thanks for looking.
