The knife has never been used, that's a factory edge. They kydex marks are just going to be there, I emailed Dalton and they told me that. You can email them if you'd like. Told me a soft Scotchbrite wheel would remove them but they'd just keep coming back when you used their kydex sheath that's made for the knife.
