I recently traded with a great guy here on BF for a Strider SNG CC. at first i was taken aback by the finnish, which is apparently called Ghost digicam. ive come to really like it as a blade coating, albeit much more then the regular tiger striped SNG/SMF/PT. so i was wondering if there were any other rare Strider coatings? and can anybody give me some more info on the ghost logo digicam? im curious to see what other coatings there are on Striders, as im certain i havent seen em all!

To my understanding that is a regularly available finish now. Stonewashed and black oxide are not as common. Nor is the 3/4 grind.

One that is pretty uncommon is that digicam with the Strider logo over top of it in the camo.

Oops. I had to zoom in on the pic to see it. I wonder how that finish wears.

I've seen a couple DD customs with some cool graphics on them. One I recall had a face of some sort, might have been a StarlingGear version. It was a little too spendy for me though.

It's a DDC custom SNG. I it is called "razor wire". I have owned alot of Striders and the stone wash finish was the toughest. The digital camo was my second favorite.

absolutly astounding. i see your a fan of the DGG. how does the grip compar to the regular lego construciton?

Striders are hard to beat, hands down. A bit pricey for what you get, but definitely hard to beat.

There's some very cool nightmare grind customs that have a dark grey and black "grid" pattern that looks very nice, I intend on owning one at some point :)

Ill dig up some pics from other people if I get a chance

am i the only oen who thinks its unreasonable for a $1,200+ knife to have G10 on it? im sure there are better materials for the money :( but still, the nightmare grind looks absolutly sick.
