Rarity of Emerson knives?

This is my first post on here, so I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge. I am relatively new to knife collecting. Yesterday at a gun and knife show I was offered an Emerson Mini-Commander for $175. I'm NOT asking to check the price, it was a lightly used knife and I know that's below retail for a new knife. I am, however, curious about whether or not I will get an offer like this again. I've been to a few shows in the past, but this is the first time I've ever seen an Emerson at one of these shows (The vendor actually had two Emerson knives). Did I miss an opportunity, or will I get plenty of chances to buy an Emerson in the future?

I did a quick google search and found an online vendor within a matter of seconds that has them in stock for $144.

Emerson knives will have their price fluctuate a bit depending on timing, as they rotate through different models in production.

In general gun shows will have inflated prices, but every once in awhile you'll find a deal, usually on discontinued or sprint knives. For used items usually the best prices can be found here on the exchange.
