Rasko Knife

I recently purchased a very large box of knives from an estate sale. I've been able to find information on most of them but a few still remain a mystery. Have you heard of Rasko? It has a red plastic or bakelite handle. I can't find a thing on the name. It doesn't look like it was an expensive knife but I find it odd that I can't find anything on it. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks for any help you can give me.
