Made custom crashcarta scales for my Rat 1. Thought the grey plastic was boring.
The knife developed bladeplay. Even with the original scales it isnt tight. Wont flip as smooth when tightened to somewhere acceptable.
The washers seem too big for the pivot.
I tightened the pivot screws as hard as I could without breaking anything. Still has minor bladeplay but now It barely opens.
When new it flew out with one finger, and had no play at that state.
Kinda annoying. Anyone know how to fix it ? Glueing the screw ? Glueing the handles on the liners ? Buying new screws ?
