can you carry the Rat-3 horizontal? does the tek lock (sp?) come with it and if so how does it work?

mine came with two belt attachments, tek lok and a plastic clip.
it is modular, and you could attach either in any of four directions, up, down, left, right.
i dont care for tek loks, i think they ride too far from the body. the sheath is good quality and the fit is very tight.
