Cool, so when is the RAT Pack kit due in to stuff it all in?

she's sitting here awaiting load out...
i was hoping to be able to just load this kit into the rat pack pouch, but i have not figured that combination out yet...and do not think i will, i just do not think this kit will fit.

i am hoping someone proves me wrong;)

You know the solution then, right?

Take the knife out, Buy the sheath/pouch and MOLLE back, and keep the knife separate.

See? The solution to not having enough room for all your crap is to buy more crap! Then you'll have some free space, and have to think of what else to put in there -- maybe add an E&E kit, a KSF fire kit.

Oh wait, now there's not enough room anymore. Hey! Maxped is having a sale.. .. ..what am I thinking, there's the new RAT back pack coming out! Time for a comprehensive kit too!!!

Then you'll give TexasTony a run for his money on building an endless series of survival kits!

LMFAO!!!!:D

gotta get rid of/consolidate some of my crap! (wifey tells me so, every day!)...lol

pssst, and just between you and me...i probably could give him a run for the dinero anyhow;)...LOL

anyhow, your suggestion is about par for the coarse on the way "we" think:confused::eek:

The kit is awesome, I love mine. Dropped it in the front pocket of my Messanger bag and carry it with me everywhere. So far it is the best mass produced kit I have seen.

i would have to agree.

i do not usually buy kits to use, , i usually cannabolize 'em, and/or just build my own kits.

the components of this one are top notch, and this kit was based on the old mil issue kits, and RAT has done a fine job of bringing it together

Yeah I am the same way, buy the kit, then take it apart, discard anything I feel it cheap or less then useful, and add whatever to make up the difference. Didn't have to change or add a thing with the RAT kit, IMHO. Well worth the money, I have had a bunch of people ask me about it, and how I put it all together, and I just point them to the RAT site :)

I think this is the one that Jeff patterned after the USMC Force Recon / ANGLICO Survival Kit...that is no longer available because all of the RAT peeps cleaned out CTD. :D

Nice kit, just about everything you need in a basic kit.

That will be on my list to buy, right behind 2 more knifes.:)
