This is an executable file that I created to make it easy for folks to get into the rat chat page, it allows you to just click an icon on your desktop then sign in. this program only works with windows operating systems.
download the file from the link below and when prompted, choose save to desktop, it will create a rat eese logo on your desktop for you to click to run the chat application.
