If you're gonna use the knife for food prep mineral oil is the way to go , otherwise the one's listed are fine.

Mineral oil is cheap, safe, and works just as effectively as other synthetic lubricants...at least from my experience!

...on a serious note, rem oil works fine. It's cheap, lasts for a while, and does a good job.
