Looking at smaller fixed blades... can anyone give an informed (meaning owning or have owned both) comparison? Obviously, the RC-3 might be a little better at bushcraft due to the flat grind.. but otherwise any thoughts would be appreciated! ...Any in-hand pics of the the Small Workhorse would be super duper as well!

I have both and I'm glad I do. Buy both gets my vote!

I know that's probably not the answer you're looking for but either one will serve you well.

What do you plan on using it for?

are blind horse knives decent quality? my RAT is amazing and now im interested in a blind horse Patch knife. i have heard good an bad things about blind horse in general. they seem pretty good for the money IMHO. im interested in the responses!

I have not heard negative things about blind horse. Rat Cutlery is a supporter of blind horse knives. That in itself says a ton about the quality behind the knives blind horse is producing. You wont go wrong with either, but as bkrosco asked, what are you planning on using it for. That could help determine which knife may be better suited for you.

Also, on blind horse knives website, I do believe they have a pic or two of the small workhorse in hand. Good luck with your choice.

Well for bushcraft, take a look at the Bushcrafter by Blind Horse Knifes. I have one and it as really, really nice and exactly what I needed for a bushcraft blade. I plan on getting more BHKs very soon, patch knife seems to be next on my list but I hear they are working on a wharncliffe version and I am waiting to see it!

I also am getting an RC4, and an Izula soon, so I love Rats too!

PS - Here is my Bushcrafter!
