RAT RC-4 Molle Backing

So, just got my rc-4 in this morning and it seems pretty sweet. One thing though, i have no idea how to open to backings on the MOLLE portion, understand how to attach them though. Any help would be appreciated.
PS No instructions were given by rat for this

You push the middle square piece down as you push the 2 L shaped "legs" together and lift. A very secure lock.
