RAT RC-6 & RC-5 Scales

Are the scales on the RAT RC-6 thicker than the one on the RAT RC-4? How about the ones on the RC-5? I like a lot of things about RAT knives but on the ones I have handled to date the scales are narrower than I would prefer.

Yup, the 5 and 6 have the same scales and handle profile and they are much thicker than those on the 4.

Is the Izula actually thicker than the 3 ? If so, that affects an important choice.

Yes, the Izula is a little thicker than the ESSE 3. Specs are on the ESSE web site.
