It's not like they got bought out and the RAT products are "old stock" they need to dump. When the RATs run out, the ESEEs will start.

I doubt it, honestly. Same knife, different logo on the blade. Besides, most are, or should be heavily used by now.

Considering I haven't really seen any new ESEE knives out replacing the old RC versions, this op is confusing me.
