I like the clip! If only it was tip up... I have too many holes in my pants from my one tip down knife, but I will probably have to try the rat anyway, someday.

Looks great with the smaller choil. I especially like the high mounted position of the pocket clip, this rat will hide so niceley in ones pocket.
Waiting, waiting....

Thanks for the pics, Eric. Looks good!

I agree about the tip-up thing, though... Gonna have to fix that, myself, I guess :(

Got an estimated ship date??? :D

Eric,

Thanks for the pictures we have all been eagerly awaiting. It looks great, and thanks for listening to member feedback about reducing the choil side and including a deep carry pocket clips. Awesome work!!! As a followup, do you have any pictures of the locking area that we could look at too? Thanks!

I can't wait to get caught in that trap! I, also, echo the feelings about tip up carry but if I've got the Rat Trap with me it will get used, regardless.

wow and its actually LEGAL.

i walked into the supermarket the other day with my ratweiler on my waist (day after getting it, YOU try not carrying it...) and theres a cop in the front of the store. his eyes went straight to it, and just kinda stayed there never even making eye contact. it was like the knife walked into the store and i wasnt even attached. he didnt even say anything. it was like he couldnt believe someone would actually do that. hah! :D

ive noticed almost everyone with one of the fixed blade big rats makes their own creative lanyard. mine is frombungee cord i took the rubber out of, so its got a nice spongey feel and looks super thick but its not. very sweet... everyone should post their lanyards on another post. i know that sounds corny... sorry. swamp rat fan club anyone? haha

anyway maybe this will solve my problems with "dissapearing" fixed blades.

ok enough blabbing, that thing looks badass, what kind of prices should we expect?
