I would begin by asking you what you felt you succeeded at here, and where you felt you could improve.
What were your biggest challenges and how would you overcome them next time?
Do you think your end result reflects your initial intention, and if that changed over the course of making it, how and why did that change?
That's always a good place to start.
 
It appears you have made a serviceable knife. Fuzzy picture?
Now as Lorien mentioned what kind of feeling of accomplishment do you have and at the same time, what can you do to make the next one better?
Keep this knife and really analyze the areas you wish to improve with the next one and feel free to ask specific questions as how to approach the profile or bevel grinding or shaping of the scales etc…
