Newbie question here - I have twice posted feedback as a buyer for different sellers. Each time I end up being the only guy on a page full of other folks offering feedback that doesn't show a "rating". Instead my post has a little yellow flag. I've seen and selected from the 3 options of 1+, 0, or 1- but that doesn't seem to be the "rating". Can't find any other box to check or slot to fill. What am I missing?

Is this a difficult question or just too stupid to answer? I'm just trying to learn how to properly use this forum. Who answers these type of questions? Should I redirect:confused:

Please be patient. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not up to sorting out what you're saying, and I really didn't want to come in with a post like this, offering no answers.

I just don't understand how you could have gotten to the +1, -0-, or -1 without seeing the rest, which should have placed a rating..

Did you select among Buyer, Seller, Trade?
Did you post a short comment?
Did you post the required deal thread URL?
Did you post additional comments?

Sorry, not wanting to be pushy. :o

YES to all your questions. Yet I see in the options column that I show a yellow ("sticky"? ). In fact in my latest review I changed my feedback score from a neutral to a positive and still I see that I am listed as not having rated this transaction. Do you have access to all my reviews or do I need to direct you from here?

I guess it isn't really a big deal, but as I've written, I just want to use the forum properly and give all the guys their due. Thanks for any help.

I think you're OK. You're talking about the far left option, which is gray for Deweyknives but still colored for DPKnives, which just means that DPKnives hasn't rated you yet. The iTrader record shows good ratings from you for them.

OK, Thanks. I didn't know that the buyer would rate a rating too.

Yes. Basically, buyers get rated on how fast they pay. :)
Usually, the buyer rates the seller first.
