Rating sites..

I have noticed that when I rate a site, I am unable to rate any other sites afterwards. I am pretty sure that it has something to do with cookies and IP numbers, but since myu ISP uses a cache server, my IP number is always the same.

Then again this may be a conspiracy against me, preventing me from spreading my influence accross the net...HA! you will Never STOP ME!!!....

I typically reset the IP log once daily. So, you can only vote once (with that IP) until the log is reset.
