Ratings

No, Really easy to see and use. If you want to post feedback, go to the thread where you bought, sold or traded. Copy the address bar at the top by right clicking after highlighting it. Then click on the person's name that bought, sold or traded with you. Go to their profile, then click view feedback, then click leave feedback, fill in the form, seller, buyer or trade, answer the questions , postive, negative, ?. Then leave short comment visible to all viewing feedback. Then click in the deal thread box. Right click again and paste the previously copied address bar. (deal url).
Whoopie, you are finished. It sounds complicated, but it can be done in under 30 seconds with just a few clicks.

If just wanting to view someones feedback, click their name, view profile, then view feedback.

Hope this helps,
Jim

Thanks for the step-by-step instrutions.

I've done this before - seems like there are a few more steps now.

OK - so I made the comment. Could have sworn I clicked positive - but the post says "negative".

Help - how do I fix that?

go back to the comment and report the bad rating. As far as I know only Spark can change it, but you need to report it, view the feedback, then over to the right you will see some symbols, run your cursor over them, and the little triangle will say report bad rating. Then maybe you can fix it. Hope this helps,

BTW: it was some easier under the first version where the number showed in everyones' post. But it is really easy once you get use to it.

Man, I'm no computer dummy. The original implementation of iTrader was smooth. I suggest you go back to that or get rid of this feature - it's not well implemented, IMO.

Glad you were able to fix it, I always review mine before hitting the submit, never had to change one, really did not know it was changeable. Good Info.

BTW: I am just another member here, Sparks house, Sparks software and Sparks choices. A lot of others did not like their numbers showing, so this version of V-Bulletin did not expose the ratings.
