Ratmandu Arrived Today

My Ratmandu arrived this morning. Ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday. Great service.

Great knife too. I got the green blade with black g10 grips. The blade finish is nice and smooth. I like that treatment better than the crinkcle coat. Naturally, theedge is very sharp with a nice toothy edge.

The grips are beautiful. Slightly rounded at the corners and very comfortable.

Congrats Bill, mine showed up on Tuesday, got my leather sheath for it yesterday and am loving it. Can't wait to take them out to play with....

I don't have a sheath yet for my M6 or RMD yet. I did order a Spec. Ops sheath for the M6 but did not get an order confirmation from Brigade Quartermasters. Maybe its just as well cause I'm tapped out right now.

For the RMD, I'm kind of torn between Kydex and leather. I know the leather sheaths I've seen at the Rat shop are beautiful and, given they are the same price as the Kydex, I think leather makes sense.

I went with the Leather on the RMD, primarily because it was the first available but it does also look really nice. I know you can order directly from buy brown for the kydex. I have the spec ops as well for the M6 and love it, I ordered thru TAD, took about a week to get it but the price was really good for what you get.
