BTW, nice looking satinized grind! I'm guessing that the flats are still coated? Looks great like that. :thumbup:

Thanks for moving the post Jaxx. Jazub, I can't take credit for the work but I had somebody else work on it and he's done a great job. I can't wait to get it back and yes the flats are still coated.

Thanks for the comments guys. The scales still need to be attached with screws but then it'll be finished for the most part.

Correction, only the edge is convexed. Thanks for the kind words but the credit goes to a friend who did all the work.

the blade is a flat grind and i convexed the edge only. i dont know if they make a hollow ground ratmandu.
