I visited the company store and found that thereis no stock.
Am I too late or the knives are not being marketed at the moment ?

There will, around the prescribed hour (I think appx 6 central) be a quantity listed on the site. That's why you see the jokes about clicking to refresh the site. As soon as it is "available" customers will begin placing orders until the quantity shows not available.

How long with that take?

Rat Daddy... approximately a week.
Howling Fats? Less than five minutes.
