That is a very solid feeling knife.

Know whats funny is that it doesn't look like Black paper micarta in the pics. Is is some sort of new material? Probably not but just asking.

Bob Dozier uses something similar (and it's borrowed from another maker that I don't remember) on his Companion and Revervse Tanto. The largest diameter portion lines up with the middle/longest finger. It feels really good.

Not sure i dig the handles on the Swamp blades. Then again, I did not dig the handles on the Taz Rat until I got it in hand. Of the two posted above I do like the 3" the best.

Thats a good looking Rat kind of looks like a cross between a ratweiler and a chopweiler in the blade.
