Rattle Hawk Handle???

Okay, I am really looking forward to the Rattle Hawk (War Hawk, but I like Rattle Hawk better) and I was hoping that anyone who has been lucky enough to hold one would be able to comment on the handle; I really want to know how thick it is? I know there will be no measurements, but in using my Waki lately I was thinking how great its handle feels and it made me hope that the Rattle Hawk's handle would be a similar size. So, if anyone (Eric?) could comment on how the Rattle Hawk feels in hand I would greatly appreciate it!

And thank you Swamp for brining the Rattle Hawk! I cannot wait to get mine!!! :D
 
The one I held was a lot thinner than a Waki handle.

But don't despair, it feels really nice in hand :D Very quick.
 
Okay, the main thing that concerns me is the exposed tang and how that might feel when hitting harder items (I just don't want the axe to twist in hand).

The handle is fairly thin. If the zombies invade I'll be wrapping the handle with some tennis handle tape. :D
