Rattle in my 0350?

So... I recently found a rattle in my 0350. The assisted opening still works fine, but the rattle only happens when the blade is past the detent and open. Any ideas? I'm thinking it's something with the torsion bar...
It doesn't rattle when it's closed. it's def something inside the handle...

It's not necessary to add more grease, it's the torsion bar making the noise. It doesn't hurt a thing.

If the noise bugs you, take it apart and add some grease (I use white lithium grease) to the milled out area where the torsion bar sits.

correct, but if the noise bothers someone it can be stopped by adding grease, when kershaw sends new torsion bars out they recommend adding grease in the cavity.

take out the torsion bar, i think its better without it anyways, i love mine without it.

Kershaw sends out spare parts including torsion bars. They don't have a problem with you opening up your own knife.
