Rattling noise in Buck Vantage?

About a month ago i purchased a buck vantage lg and this morning I noticed that whenever ever the blade is between "folded position" but not deployed there is a pretty noticeable rattling noise coming from the knife. This is not an assisted so its not like a speedsafe bar, so I'm at a loss. Any ideas, experience?

On a side note, there are some small rust spots on the middle of the hollow grind of the blade. How should I remove?
 
I noticed the rattle in my Vantage right away. The center spacer was loose. The fix was easy, though you'll need a T6 torx driver. Take off the handle scale on the side of the liner lock and tighten the screw at the center spacer. You might have to put locktite on the pivot screw after you loosen it. Mine need re-tightening after 15 openings.
