If you placed your order before Midnight Saturday your Ratweiler order has been shipped.

The sheaths for the special intro offer will soon follow (as soon as we receive them from our supplier)

If you placed your order yesterday or today it will most likely ship by the end of this week. If you place your order by Wednesday it is possible you could have it by the first of next week(depending on your location) so don't delay.

How's that for near instant gratification ;)

Thats just great....i ordered my howling rat 6 weeks ago -order 2434 - (jun 27) and that hasn't come.

but if i had ordered the ratweiler last Fri that shipped today.

Am i missing something here? :confused:

Our estimate on all of our knives is 3-6 weeks from the time they are ordered until they will ship. We anticipated that the Ratweiler would be a big seller so we had them almost finished before we placed them on the website for sale. Of course we were working on other knives as we were working on the Ratweilers and your HR shipped today also. Sorry for any delay and I appreciate your patience.

hell, i ordered my BR on june 19th or 20th... and it still isn't in here yet.....

I didn't want to be the third person complaining about the same thing, but I ordered my Battle Rat on 7/9/04. I know it hasn't been 6 weeks yet, but this wait is building up anxiety and suspense that creates nervousness.

I've spent many weeks researching knives. Debating on which company to go with. After finally deciding to go with swamp rat, I realize that their knives aren't sold in stores. This is a problem for me because I don't like the idea of purchasing things online. Im more of a store person. Because I know that swamprat is the best money can buy, I've decided to break my rule of not purchasing things online with my credit card just once because I know it will be worth it in the long run.

When I found out the wait is 3-6 weeks, it shocked me. I wanted to cancel my entire order right there. I knew that by the time I get my Knives the new tactical line will be out. The tactical line is actually the knives that I want, but I settled for the original line because Im just tired of waiting.

(research time) + (waiting for the shipping) = a really long time.

This waiting is one of the main reasons why I decided to cancel my order on the howling rat. The second reason is that id rather have the satin rat. Originally I ordered two knives, the BR and the howler. I figured that if I dropped the howler, it might speed up the order.
 
I have emailed most of the people who are currently waiting on Battle Rat's and explained what the delay is. I do appreciate the patience of those waiting on BR's. Most of the rest of the knives we are now catching up on. Howling Rat's shipped today as well, as did CT's. Not all of the backorders have been filled but we are getting there.

If anyone wants to change your order(as long as it hasn't shipped) please let me know and we will do our best to work out the details. Also if you have specific questions about an order please contact me off-line swampratinfo@insightbb.com

I know that some people have been waiting on Battle Rat's for a while and I know most of you know why we have been delayed, thank you for your patience on this.

We really are filling orders as quickly as we can.
