Its been a while since I contributed so I have decided to start with this.
I was lucky enough to win an ebay auction to get this piece a few months back. I did not realise the significance of this folder until jbravo graciously gave all of us a brief but significant history of this piece.
The first thread can be found here :

The history goes as follows : In the early 90's Ernie Emerson made a handmade custom folder which he sent as a model to Vaughn Neeley, President of Timberline, to make a handle mold for the Raven knife project. This was to be the first production folder made by Emerson Knives. According to Vaughn Neeley he kept the folder which was part of the agreement.
Apparently 4 or 5 have been made. It has hand sculpted black micarta handles, black liners and a black blade. It, however, does not have a chisel grind as mentioned in the thread but a double "V" grind.
It feels very light and quick in the hand , a beautiful piece
Raven custom
clip-side view ( folder come without a pocket clip)
Sculpted black micarta handles
all black liners
Size as compared to a undated CQC6
