raven logo question

i have a black bladed raven with a emerson knives logo marked "98", and a satin bladed raven with a specwar logo (no date). question is when did the logos change and why.

Uhhhhh, I might refer you to the Emerson Gallery.

It sounds like you have a production Raven made in '98 and more importantly, it sounds like you may have one of the pre-production, handground Ravens. The "Emerson Specwar Knives" logo is Ernies custom knife logo.

called emerson today and they said it is a hand-ground blade from when he was making it in his shop.
willing to sell or trade. interested in getting a user cqc 6 or 7 plus money if needed
