Ray Cover Knives

These are so great but I would love to read more about Mr. Cover. Does anyone know of anyplace to read about him. I think he may be a bit of a recluse and that is tough when you want to know more about a master maker.

Ray really does make a very clean knife. I own 3 and love all of them. They all have good walk and talk with nice edge profile. Very smooth all the way around. If you really want to know more about him give him a call .

Sorry, wrong info. Ray Cover Jr. DID make that knife--as well as engrave it. Read the credits.

I own a standout Ray Cover Sr. knife:

You will see I own a LOT of ivory micarta knives with red liners. Nice.

Great maker. Never met him, though.

Thank you coop for information - but I really thought, Ray jr. is concentrating on engraving, because this is the first knife i saw made by him. I misinterpreted his website.
 
I now have several of his two blades as well as single blades, I really love the two blade and think he is the finest folder maker around.
 
You guys don't really think I'd let this thread pass without at least one pic do you? These two were made by Ray Cover Sr. and were engraved By Ray Cover Jr.
