Ray Mears new Bushcraft Knife ??????

I just found out that Ray Mears ,survival instructor extroadinare
from the UK has started having his Woodlore knife made by Wilkinson Sword. I have been wanting one of his knives for a good while but I didnt want to wait for 9 to 10 months plus pay a high exchange rate. The picture on his website looks great but I guess I am wondering about the quality of the knife. The only thing I ever knew about Wilkinson Sword is that they made shaving accesories .It is exactly the same design and it states on the website to be hand crafted and hand finished. The question of the day is does anybody know anything about Wilkinson Sword and would you trust them to make a good quality knife.....Woodlore
 
Wilkinson sword is a really old cutlery manufacturer. I have a bayonet from 1908 made by them.

Last I heard, they mostly manufactured shaving razorblades and utility knives.
 
They make a fine knife. They started making their Survival Knife again too. Go to their web site and check out what they have to offer, the Bushcraft knife sounds nice. It's crafted by one guy at the factory out of O-1 tool steel, so essentially it's the same knife it was before, just made by someone else.
