Razel Question

I have a couple of Graham Bros Razels that I like to carry in their Kydex or leather pocket sheaths. I'm pretty sure this is legal in California as long as they are not concealed; am I in violation if I put on a jacket or shirt that hides the handle protruding from the top of my pocket?
I'm hoping one of the Cali knowledgeable LEO's will comment...

While I do not know the answer to your question, I often wonder abou the blade shape and if it would be considered a dual edged knife since the angle on some of them at the tip of the blade is less than 90 degrees so the front edge sweeps back.

I have no LEO experience in CA, but I would say concealed means that if you can't see the knife or a part of the knife taht you can identify as a knife then it's not concealed.
