RC-3 as forum knife?

Well with over 100 poll votes, the RC-3 came up as top RAT with the most votes. Does anyone have any serious objections to it being the forum knife?

Edit to add I was actually hoping for an Izula, but hey numbers don't lie and I would be just as happy with a RC-3.
 
though i didn't get a chance to vote, since we were out of town, i think the RC-3 would make a great forum knife... that would have been my choice as well...:thumbup:
 
I've been tempted to get a RC3 and this may be the reason to do so. The Izula may bring more people on board though since it is a cheap knife, though I think the RC3 is more fitting for this type of thing. Polls don't lie either.

At first I liked the aspect of the Izula because 1. I use it a lot as an edc blade. and 2. it was cheap., of course this will be a small limited run so drawing people in to buy isn't that much of a concern.
 
I'd be just as happy with an Izula, probably more so due to cost concerns.

An RC-3 with a limited run of handles/blade steel and engraving would rock as a RAT forum knife or something.
 
I'll go with the RC-3 (it's what I voted for, after all). I'd be happy with the Izula, or RC-4, also.

Yes - because I repeatedly posted that I want a Satin 440C-bladed RC-4......

But I guess it is possible that I can capitulate this one time...Not without a bit of moaning and loud whining though....

Actually, that would be pretty damn cool. A satin bladed RC3 or 4 with everything engraved and the engraving filled in with black paint or something. Would definitely be a unique knife.

+1. Now if we could just get Jeff to agree to black canvas micarta handle slabs for it, I would be happy happy happy...
 
Was hoping for an Izula as well, but RC3 sounds good too!

What he said. Oh well, whatever is decided, a RAT is a RAT.
 
No objections here. Just make it unique...like with a satin, plain edge blade and maybe a special handle material.
