RC-3 in my future

I have recently become acquainted with Rat Cutlery. Looks like a nice blade at a nice price. Does anyone EDC an RC-3 in the supplied sheath or have you had a sheath made? I live in Florida so its frequently shorts and T-shirt Thanks for your input.
 
I Carry a RC3 daily to work and no issue at all with the sheath supplied,I think it comes with a great sheath,no need for a custom unless you just prefer leather .
 
If I was going to carry concealed in a non-tactical environment then I would simply attached the boot clip to the sheath and carry IWB.
 
Oops yes I removed the Molle backing and attached the clip while EDC...and go back to the Molle backing while fishing....
 
I really like the model in your posting with the yellow handle. Seems none of the dealers have any or know anything about them.

I EDC my RC3 on a BladeTech Tek-Lok (about $10) - it doesn't hug your body as close as with the boot clip IWB, but I find it to be much more comfortable, and still conceals well under a Tshirt. You can't beat the supplied sheath - its top notch.

I agree with you on your first post. Since I'm very new to the knife world, I hadn't heard much about too many brands, and then when the legal issues/undying support from the forum came out for these guys, I checked their blades out - they look awesome, and about 1/2 the price that others would be.

The IZULA will be even *easier* to EDC!

Did i mention i'm freakin' pumped for the IZULA!!?!
 
Izula is a Neck knife ,go to www.ratcutlery.com and click on there knife section scroll down to the izula....it is not out yet but will be a Big hit I believe...I know I will buy atleast 3(for me & my Son) and will make Great X-mas gifts for some kids I know in the Boyscouts !!!

Dude, that's just plain crazy. Way too much work.
Just buy another one for fishing duty. . .

. . .or am I the only one that when I want to carry in a different configuration, I just buy another knife to keep in that config?

It's a sickness, I know.
 
Welll not to be to technical, Since I already own a rat3 1095 & rat3D2 (before the craziness) I swap my RC3 with there sheaths,one sheath has the tec-loc and the other has the boot clip and my rc3 sheath has the molle backing,I just alternate sheaths,but Yes I do plan on buy atleast 2-3 more RC3's(Green/Orange) version....
