RC-3 vs. RC-3MIL

Is there any difference, other than the pommel sharpening and the markings? Are the handle scales different?
 
I figured I was asking a redundant question, but since the search function is unavailable to most of us, and I just received what I *thought* was going to be an RC-3MIL, but was actually the RC-3, I figured I'd ask anyway. :)
