Hey buddies,
Just some pictures with the rc-4 (me old rustbucket) on them, which I took while walking the scottish west highland way april/may 2010. It's about 95 miles from the low of glasgow to the highlands near fort william all the while passing through beautiful and for european standards remote scenery (it actually ends next to GB's highest mountain: the ben nevis). I took a spyderco persistence and the rc-4 by rat cutlery on the road and both served me fine during the way.
I posted some pictures of the rc-4 and the sheath made by martin swinkels earlier in this post: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=733262
Just to recap, here's a little quote from that post: "just received a package from my friend and fellow Dutch bladesports competitor Martin Swinkels (http://martinsheaths.blogspot.com) containing a rescue orange kydex sheath.
After Martin expressed his desire to see more action packed videos on my (humble) youtube channel, I responded by saying he could make me a sheath and I would do a review on it on my upcoming trip walking the scottish west highland way.
Being as easily challenged for a good thing as I am, he took me up on it "
I'll be posting theo review on my youtube channel pretty soon featuring the rc-4 and the custom sheath made by martin swinkels (martinsheaths.blogspot.com) where I'm cosy by the fire camping in the wild, so check that out at the end of the week.
I will do a post on it here and where to find the video when I'm finished editing, along with a small written review.
Here are some pics of it while hiking on the GREAT west highland way.

Great sheath isn't it?
