Have a question for those who own the RC-4. I'm considering purchasing one and was curious about the handle length. I read a few post where people said the handle seemed a little short. Do you agree or disagree?

Is the handle about the same length as the bravo-1?

thanks...

I have small hands and I think the handle is a little short. I wish it was a little thicker and a little longer. That should not prevent you from gettin the blade though. I love my rc-4 and I'd buy it all over again....

The handle is small. I find it fits my hand pretty well and having less handle makes it slightly more controllable.

I have rather average sized hands, and I find my RC-4 handle very comfortable.

I really like the handle on my RC-4. No way to really know without trying it though. If you really don't like it, you can always send it to me.....

I like the handle on my RC-4. It is the "wilderness" version of the RC-3, and made to be compact. I have big hands, but still have no problem with it. If you want something with a bigger handle, try the TAK that RAT Cutlery will make themselves.

The handle slabs on the rc-4 are just about 3/4" shorter than the bravo-1.But the tang on the rc-4 extends 1/4" from the handle slabs. I find that the handle fits my hand just right and i would consider my hands to be of average size. just my two cents;)

I have had the same question for a while I just never thought of asking(duh) .To help us understand the size better could somebody take a few size comparison side by side pics of knives everyone has handled like a buck 110 and/or spyderco endura; like that would be a great help .
