I finally ordered an RC5 Black PB w Blk Sheath. Now the waiting game. I hate waiting! This will be RAT #3. What a beautiful knife! Normally when I get a new blade it has to stay in my sight just to look at for a couple of weeks. Then I'm forced to put it with the rest. Waiting waiting waiting.

I had to come onto the forum to talk with you who understand.

Do you sell them after you get them? Do you "Safe Queen" them? Or do they get put away again until you want to use them again?

I literally just keep them out in my sight for a couple of weeks so I can look at and pick them up and just drool over them. After that they go into my delegated knife space. Then I get them out every other day just to drool over them again. I guess it's kind of childish and it's just stuff but i hate to take a new knife out and immediately use it. I like to see it in that new state for a while before I crud it up.

Now, I like seeing a new blade as much as the next guy, but RATs look better when they are used. I remember I got my RC 4 the first thing I did was go out and use it. :thumbup:

I'm waiting on another rc4 (tan, I already have a black one) and a Busse NMSFNO.I know how you feel. I'm a complete bundle of nerves right now.

I'm ordering 2 RC3s',and 2 RC4s'this Monday.One of the 3s' is for my wife,and one of the 4s' is for a buddy who just got married.The other 2 knives are mine,both in tan,then the wait begins.

I'm with ya man. I just need a good way to convince my wife on that one. I'm wide open for any and all suggestions.

I recently bought her a mini griptillian, which she loves.I now intend to get her a pink Izula which I know she'll also love. However, that won't give me more freedom to get more knives it will just subtract the amount of money I can spend on the ones I want.
