RC-6 edge profile?

Hey ya'll I posted a couple questions in the maintenance forum but thought I would ask here too since this is where the ESEE experts are.

I have an Rc-6 on order and want to keep it sharp...of course...and was wondering what bevels it comes with. 15 degrees then 20?

Would a spyderco Sharpmaker do it justice?

Should I skip that and just convex it once I practice it on something cheaper?

it's 20 on a side.
sharpmaker works fine
convexing works fine
reprofiling to 15 on a side is Ok, too - but it may chip.
however you're going to be happiest with it.
(mine stay as close to factory as I can keep them sharpening freehand)
 
Thanks - I should also say that I will butcher some game mostly deer with this knife, except for finer work like skinning which I will do with a smaller folder. I would also do some general outdoors stuff like fire prep.
