RC and Esee product still the same?

Is there any difference in the rat cutlery rc4 and the esee 4 besides logo. I asked because I see the rc4 ranges 10-45 dollars cheaper than the esee 4. Is the warranty still the same sheaths and the like. If so I can just pick up a rc4 and save a few bucks in case I find that I need the junglass or the esee 6.
 
Everything is still the same except the name and logo. Buy with confidence.
 
The RC4 and ESEE4 are 100% the same knife, just the logo is different. The knives haven't changed in price anywhere I buy knives, either. Are you sure you are not talking about a Ontario RAT 3 or 5?
 
I don't think so they are marked rowen rc knives on one side and rc3 rc company on the other seen them as low as 86 up to 125
 
If they're marked Rowen, they are good to go. Dealers are cleaning out their stock of RC branded knive and transitioning over to the ESEE branded ones. I have seen no changes in price.
 
same stuff. if anything you could get a better deal with the RC branded stuff. if they are clearing it out that is.
