Rc/ESEE sheath question

Has anyone ever tried to attach an Izula sheath to the RC-3 boot clip?Might make for a good pocket sheath set-up.

that's what i do. carry it at least 5 days a week that way. before i used the boot clip, i had a clip from a tape measure bolted on.

Nice set up.I really like it.I'd like to turn my Izula into a pocket fixed blade.

it works really well, and if i need concealment i just unclip it and drop it in my pocket

Does the bootclip fit without modification?

yep. only two holes line up but its plenty strong for pocket carry.

Funny you mention this. I just got one and moded it yesterday to put a third hole in the clip for a secure post in the bottom of the slot. Works great so far.
