It's very contagious people. My best friend was shopping for a new blade so I recommended the RC-4. He brought it over on Friday & WOW! What a comfortable knife. I couldn't believe how good it felt in my hand, perfection. 12pck later I ordered one to go with my RC-6 & Izula. Very excited!

I'm really surprised there aren't a lot more RC-4 fans out there..?? What's up with that?

I think the thing is, we'll debate the other knives all day long. But there's just no question on the four. We all love em, so there isn't much to discuss.

My frist RAT was a RC-4 awsome blade.then you buy most all of them & they all need food & exercise. so you rotate them except the Izula is always with me!

How can you not the Love the RC4. They are a thing of beauty!!

This is when she was new.
She aint that pretty any more!!!

Yeah, I'm new to the forum. I've just noticed a lot more 3's out there. I was going to purchase the 3 until I held the 4.

Who cares? I know it's MY favorite!

Just kidding ;), let's say that I'd not be willing to come up against Dizwolfs wager...

Thanks,

D-R

When I ordered my first RAT knife (RC6) it was on preorder so I had to wait a while.

So I did the only thing that made any sense and ordered an RC4 from KSF.

They are indeed great and are probably the most popular model of the RCknives.

Mine became and remains my EDC blade.

Thanks Kanifee, Im not the best photographer but every now and again this blind squirell finds a nut!!:)

You're welcome REKCUT! :)

Well, I'm glad to hear that the RC-4 IS the most popular. It really is the most comfortable knife I have ever held. Can't wait to use it..

RC 4 is what started it all, and will be among the top knives around here for as long as RAT Cutlery is around, as far as I am concerned. It doesn't get as much use as my Izula, but that is because I EDC the Izula.

I was surprised at the size diffrence between the izula and rc-3, just the way it felt. is that pretty much the same story between the rc-3 and rc-4? I bet the junglas would feel like an allout sword then.

The rc 4 is the only rat i don't immediatly want to buy, blade-handle size seems out of proportion to me,

but who am I :D

As you see a lot of people love the RC-4. I have an RC-6 and share the same feeling as you about the handle. Once you get an RC-6 in your hand, it is hard to put down, lol.

Congrats. :)

Yay for the RC-4. It was my first and is still my most used RAT blade.
