While finding a tester like this could be a stroke of luck in other circumstances, I think this one may come with a couple problems.
See the rust on the dial and the anvil handles? Notice the fact it is sitting on a pallet outside?
I have a friend who has actually seen these things at Eglin. He said they are left outside just as you see them, uncovered. They could have been there months in a lot of rain. He had found a brand new, never used Evenheat left outside in the same circumstances.
If that puppy is as rusty on the inside as on the outside, it would be a waste of money except for scavenging spare parts that haven't rusted. Caveat emptor.
What a pity that things like this go to such a soggy grave.
